Exhibit Field Trips to LHS Exhibits

Leave the classroom and head for a science adventure! A field trip to the Lawrence Hall of Science energizes your students with new ideas and memorable learning opportunities.

  • Explore a human brain close-up.
  • Rise to math challenges from around the world.
  • Climb the double helix of a giant DNA molecule.

Our exhibits are selected to enrich concepts in the California science and mathematics frameworks as well as help support national standards for inquiry-based learning.

Discounts on admission are available for groups of 12 or more.

LHS is open daily, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Field Trip Discounts
Group or field-trip rate per person, 12 or more paying visitors, with advance reservations:
$8.50 for Adults (ages 19 through 61)
$6.50 for Student/senior/disabled (ages 7–18; 62 plus)
$4.50 for Children (ages 3-6; children under 3 are admitted free)

LHS requires at least one chaperone, admitted free, for every 7 students.

General Admission
$11.00 for adults (ages 19 through 61)
$9.00 for Student/senior/disabled ( ages 7-18; 62 plus)
$6.00 for children (ages 3-6)
Free for LHS members and children under 3

Combine your field trip with an LHS workshop, assembly, or science theater performance, and admission to LHS is included with your program fees.
